Summary

How do you set healthy boundaries? Boundaries are essential to draw a clear line between what‘s ok for you and what‘s not. Without them, you‘ll sooner or later end up feeling exhausted, hurt, or even resentful towards your partner. In this week‘s episode, I talk with licensed psychotherapist and author Terri Cole about codependency and how you can overcome it by being a „boundary boss“. If you want to find out, listen here.

  • 11:20 The cost of high-functioning codependency
