because she's a hardcore devoted practitioner and I'm a dabbler and I

dabble partly because I get injured in yoga. I've dislocated my shoulder in yoga class I've thrown

at my back in a class and because of my athletic my prowess I guess my ambition

or my aggression to try to get it right and I've gotten hurt a lot during class and after class and so I've quit. I just stopped doing yoga and then I start again and then I stop and then I start And you probably know the feeling, right?

So if you're in your late 30s, 40s, 50s, 60s,

you probably have some injuries and some body issues like me.

And you need to be careful and you need to do yoga in a way that's really

sustainable. So I'm finally learning how to move my body differently and the biomechanics

are totally changing, my glutes are getting stronger, my knee injury is actually healing, I have permanent

cartilage damage in my knee and I'm finally able to not feel it anymore thanks to this yoga.
