Folks, we've sort of all for the last two weeks, starting on August 31st, when a inmate by the name of Danilo Cavalcante was able to

escape from a prison in Pennsylvania. And since that point, everyone has been sort of glued

to their TV sets. The area of Pennsylvania where he escaped,

folks were in sheer terror because

they didn't know where he was coming.

They knew that he was breaking into homes, stealing food,

stealing clothing,

five foot tall,

seemed a perfect fit to wedge himself in the space between those walls and that prison as he climbed up those walls in a sort of an athletic maneuver.

They referred to it as a crab walk.

And the scary thing about that was that another inmate escaped at the same exact location

in May, May 19th, to be exact.

And if there was anything in this entire case that should have really concerned people,

it was that.

It was the fact that our prisons are not secure.

And everything had occurred after that,
