I need to start today's show with a sincere apology.

published on Inman and to all of those who we're frankly about to scare the crap out of. And I need to

apologize to all of you ahead of time because I promise most of you, 90% of you, your first reaction is

going to be negative to what we're going to tell you on today's podcast. Just a fact. So let me just

start out by saying, I'm sorry. Now get over it. Because the reality of it is, is what we're going to do today, is we've been on the past two shows about this topic, we told you what's going to happen, why it's going to happen. Now we're going to get, as promised, into the details. We're going to tell you to form your own program.

We're going to give you more statistical facts about what's actually happening in the marketplace
