And we have to talk about something awkward today.

Hmm, yeah, it must be said. So everybody who's been calling our listener hotline lately has

continued addressing their questions to a certain SAM for whom it was once named.

Never heard of him. Hi, SAM. Hi, SAM. Hi, SAM. This is Danielle calling from California.

But Sam cannot be asked. He is not at the other end of that voice-man locks any longer.

No, we could forward them, but I think he's busy. I don't think he's going to answer.

I think that would be annoying to him, yeah.

So Justine, I've heard different numbers here, but there's some like popular wisdom around the idea

that it takes like 19 times to break about, you know what I mean? Like I used to hear about this

with like chewing your fingernails. Like it takes only a few times to start a habit, but it takes like

many repetitions to break a bad habit. Yeah, like for me 31 years and counting. They're

biting my fingernails. So do you bite your fingernails? Yeah. Oh yeah, it's a constant struggle. Yeah.

You want to see, we're on like that right now. Yeah, yeah, yeah, let me see. This overzoom

is going to be a little hard, but it's like very, very, very good for me. That's gorgeous. You've

got great nails. That's known that that's like excellent. It's never been like this, you know.

The point is it's time to break this habit by replacing it with a new one. So today we are

aiming to prove to you once and for all that questions can be answered by people with names other

than Sam. And so as promised, we are here to debut our new mail bag segment. It's called

the outside inbox. The new format here is that instead of one person being the sole question

answer for outside in, we're spreading them out a bit and the entire team is answering questions

a little like musical chairs, right? Yeah, good analogy for this, but also a terrible game if I
