0:39.6

That's like a list list.

0:41.4

Why write them in my phone? I'll share them with you.

0:44.0

I don't want to meet at hug this whole podcast. Do you have your grocery list on there? Meet, grains. What's up guys? This is our last episode of the year that we always do. Jeff loves sharing our goals.

1:05.2

And then he likes looking back at it. We should have something where, I don't even remember what our goals were last year. That's why I printed them out, love. Oh, okay. Well, I know I really didn't share a lot of mind last year. Is this mainly you? Well, I gotta get back. First of all, I don't love sharing my goals. I think it's something everyone should do because I've told the story a long,

1:26.8

you know, a long time ago in my life, my boss, Dave Dene helped me out. And he actually is the one who inspired me to start writing my goals down. I didn't believe in it at all. My buddy Mimo, who worked there to really took that serious and I followed their lead and started doing that and it really changed my life. So the reason why I want to share them is because I want you guys, someone out there who doesn't do that to kind of visualize what you want for the year. I know you're, it's never going to be perfect. You're never going to hit all your goals. But the more detail you go into your goals, it's actually like scientific. You actually have a higher percentage of reaching those goals just by writing them down and looking at them throughout the year So this has been like proven so it really does help your life and I kind of write my goals down and share them with you guys now to hold myself Accountable so I say them out loud this way of people hear them It kind of like when I'm feeling down one day or I don't want to work out or do whatever it is that I want to do to achieve my goals.

2:25.3

I'm like, well, you know what?

2:26.3

I already put that out there and I don't want to be known as a liar because I think a lot, people, I don't know, does integrity mean anything to anybody anymore? The word integrity, like if you go back 50 years, that's all people had was their integrity. I feel like I know people still have integrity, But that's not a word that carries any weight anymore, but it does with me.

2:47.0

And if you have integrity, I that's not a word that carries any weight anymore.

2:45.7

But it does with me.

2:46.8

And if you have integrity, I respect you and I'm more likely to be your friend because that's how I live my life with like through integrity. And I think, you know, I don't mean that my goals make... Do you get what I'm saying a little bit? I'm kind of rambling on here. But anyways, yes, this is a goal episode. Sorry, I got into my thoughts a little bit

3:06.2

and then I got some cross thoughts in there

3:08.1

and I was like, all right, let's just stick to this. We want vengeance. No, I don't want vengeance. It's just been a really bad year, probably one of the worst years I've ever had in my life. Definitely one of the worst years I've ever, The worst year I've ever had in my life.

3:22.0

And I just want to go into 2026 fresh

3:25.9

and just a couple weeks ago, short months ago, I didn't even have a brain to focus on anything like this. I'm very grateful that my mind has come back a little bit that I can refocus on things that I want to do for the new year. This has just been the shiest year of my life. And I want to get out of it and start the new year fresh

3:46.8

with some new ideas. And I did print out my goals from last year. And I did send my rewrite that I'm going to share. I do have more in depth goals that I'm going to share with people. But it's just funny how the goals I had last year and what's on my mind this year. I could just tell like what's written in my goals

4:06.3

and what I have on this year's goals.
