long time on a journey if you will like ambassadors but in my journey I've been with WWW hold on

like on and off. You mean weight watchers? Yeah sorry weight watchers for um she's counting with

her fingers just so you know she's sitting here counting maybe the first time I did it was around

20 years ago. Now we've realized this may be a triggering podcast to some people so do realize
