I'm Alan Arnold and in the studio with me today is Sam Eldridge and we've got a topic

that I think will be really revolutionary to you in terms of your relationship but not

with other people. It's actually about your relationship with time and before we get

into that and what we mean by that, we're going to do as we always do and just take a moment

to release everything and everyone to God.

Father, we come to you in the midst of a busy world with demands, with expectations,

with distractions and we right now just release it all.

We give you everyone and everything that is weighing on our heart, that is causing

us to feel overwhelmed or to lose hope or to just not be fully present.

And we give you our full attention, we turn our eyes on you, our hearts toward you and

we just ask you to fill us, fill us in all the empty places, fill us with your overflowing

river of life.

We love you God and we give ourselves to you now.

Our hearts, our mind, our bodies, our soul, our strength.

We give all of us to you Father in Jesus' name. Amen.

So as we talk today about our relationship with time, really the foundation is we want

to view time as God does and so what we really want is his view of time because when we

just look at time as how we see it, one, it's very limited, but two, if we want to approach

it in total freedom, what we're really after is God, what is your interpretation of

my life in terms of the rhythm of the day, the spaciousness, the time and we know that

God is a God of abundance, not scarcity.
