Factors that Increase the Need for Nutrients:  • Massive Stress • Infection  • Injury  • Age  • Poor Digestion   

List of Nutrient Dense Foods: • Cruciferous  • Wild Caught Fish  • Pasture Raised Eggs  • Grass-fed Animals  • Sprouts (it has a high concentration of sulforaphane which is a great phytonutrient) • Organ Meats (It has the most concentrated nutrients) • Sea Foods (Oyster, Shrimp)  

List of Foods that are NOT that Nutrient Dense: • Cucumbers  • Egg Plant  • Squash  • Iceberg Lettuce  • Onion

RDA's, which are the nutrient requirements that we need.

So a lot of people have heard about them,

but they don't know about them, what that means.

But I wanted to bring up your awareness on the fact

that an RDA is really a minimum requirement, a bare minimum requirement,

Okay, so you have scurvy, which is a vitamin C deficiency, it's a classic vitamin C deficiency.

It's called, you have Berry Berry, which is a B1 deficiency,

a palaigra, which is another B vitamin deficiency. So these are diseases. So number one, it's very hard to know
