And I know it's only been a week in podcast time, but Olivia and I haven't recorded together

in a while, so I feel like we have a lot to catch up on.

Oh yeah, I'm really excited to talk about it actually.

I can go first. Mine is very quick. I've heard third hand.

So, you know, we're not putting a hundred percent stock in this, but I've heard third hand

that they're taking my apartment off the market.

Oh my gosh, what does this mean?

So I heard this from my neighbor who heard it from our super, whose English is not great,

who heard it from the actual landlord. So again, it's third hand.

But apparently they have gotten, so the backstory, if you missed it, is that the apartment building

that I live in was getting sold. I live in a rental. I don't have a lease right now.

So I was very scared that I was going to get kicked out of my apartment and have to find somewhere new to live.

And apparently they've gotten a few offers on the building, but it's below what they wanted.

And so they're going to take it off for a year or two and hold on to it until I guess until the economy improves.

Wow, a plot twist.

Oh my gosh, I'm so relieved. I feel like it's a stay of execution.

I just feel like my whole life is so up in the air right now that not that I couldn't handle it,

but just I didn't want to.
