Today, we're wrapping up our meditations on how Mary renews the church and the world through the rosary by meditating on our Lady of America.

Starting tomorrow, we'll spend the next week meditating on the rosary at different sites than the Holy Land, where Mike is leading a pilgrimage.

Today in our meditation I would like to share more with you the approved apparitions of Jesus, Mary, St. Joseph, and St. Michael to Sister Mary Ephraim, New Zealand, a precious blood sister,

who received these apparitions between 1954 and 1984. The apparitions took place principally in Rome, Indiana, and then in the

archdiocese of Cincinnati. Monsignor Paul Liebold, who later became the Archbishop

of Cincinnati, was Sister Maria from spiritual director from 1940 to 1972. He approved

the supernatural nature of the apparitions as well as the

messages, the diary, the statue, and the medal of Our Lady of America.

In 2007, Archbishop Burke, who became Cardinal Burke, wrote a letter to every bishop in the U.S.,

verifying the approved status of this apparition and encouraging all bishops to do as our lady had requested in her messages.

Over the next few days, we'll be meditating on the principal messages from our lady of America, our Lady of America.

May 22, 1954, Jesus said to Sister Mary Ephraim,

My little white dove, if the world is dying, it is because it will not let me give it life.

I am the resurrection and the life, and unless souls seek their life in me, they will

find only death and destruction.

They fear man-made destroyers of life, yet destruction is in themselves.
