The holidays are here, it's a little of Hanukkah, Christmas, and then Kwanzaa right around

the corner, hoping you and yours are having a lovely time.

Vandias is a multi-talented reporter, editor, producer, writer, teacher, and cookbook author.

And she's reported many stories for this show over the years, including one of my absolute

favorites, when she spent the day with Jorge Munoz-Sopata, a man sometimes called the

Angel of Queens, with a school bus driver who spends all his off hours cooking and serving

three meals to hungry people on the street.

It's really, really terrific.
