The wonderful Ukrainian British cookbook writer, Olya Hercules, has a new book called

The terrific Minneapolis chef, Gavin Kason, he started teaching cooking classes online

during the pandemic and it became so popular, he's self-publishing a terrific book on the

French-slash Midwest food he makes for his family.

There's a very cool book of family Mexican recipes called Mama Sita, by Andrea Ponds,
