On In The Market with Janet Parshall this week we our guest explained how Lincoln’s faith was pivotal to shaping him into the man he became and how it guided and sustained him during one of our nation’s most violet and critical times in history. What is required to be a Christian dissident? Our guest warned us that as we see a growing acceptance of socialist and Marxist views in our nation, believers need to be prepared to stand up and fight for their guaranteed freedoms that the Founders fought to provide and preserve as part of our national heritage. Every day we are reminded that the cost of liberty is high. Part of our liberty as Americans is our right to free speech but the days of sitting back and trusting that those rights were above question or attempts to curtail are far behind us now. That is why Janet and Craig took a deep dive into a recent House Judiciary Committee hearing that addressed challenges to our right to free speech. They shared their analysis of what the lawmakers had to say about efforts to bring European style censorship to this country and why do so would be devastating to our national identity and why we must not allow the slow creep of these ideas to take away this fundamental right as Europe and other countries have, to devastating effect. We opened our phones and you flooded them once again with your questions on spiritual warfare as one of our favorite guests and highly respected expert in this area turned our hearts and minds back to God’s truth as we wrestle with the many issues surrounding the impact of the supernatural world on ours.
