all kinds of fun things for the holidays planned for you. So today we're kind of kicking that all off with a look back at our favorite things of 2022. So as you start to think about holiday gift giving or even sharing some gift ideas for yourself with those asking, we've got you covered. So before we get into all all of that what is going on around the neighborhood for

you well i have just been reflecting lately we finally got what qualifies as a cool front here

it is finally cooled down and i just as i do every single year i just feel that weight lift yeah

i feel my spirits rise and i have just noticed over the past couple

years this time when we get that first breath of cooler air from late October through about

late February early March, that is just my favorite stretch of time. For sure. For sure. And I just

love all these different aspects. I love my wardrobe that I'm

getting to wear. I love the activities. I love how the house looks, just all of those things. So I've

been thinking about how can I be really intentional about just really enjoying this time as much as

possible. And so I've thought of three things. Oh, you have a plan. Yes. Okay.

You know. You know I do. So three things that I'm keeping front of mind, not taking on extra commitments that are going to make me feel too busy. And this is a busy time of year. So,

so there's already lots of stuff going on, but trying to be very conscious for all those

emails about the class parties and things like that,

really thinking about, do I really have the bandwidth to do this? Or can I just send in a donation

to check that box? So that's one. Putting my phone away more or having it on Do Not Disturb.

It's something I try to be conscious about, but it's something that is always good to

revisit and kind of check in and especially going into this time where it's like, no, what I really

want to be doing is enjoying my time, enjoying my family, not being on my phone. And then finally,

and I already started doing this, is planning ahead for the holidays, Christmas stuff, whatnot,
