Today we're excited to kick off our three-part holiday home series. We're inviting

you into our homes to get cozy as we talk about holiday planning and logistics in this episode,

about creating holiday magic and being present in part two, and about recovering from the

holiday explosion aftermath in part three. It's going to be festive, honest, and fun.

Let's kick things off as we always do with what's been happening in our neighborhood.

I have a bit of a controversial topic. Bring it on. But to me, this was not, this was not even

remotely acceptable and I need to talk about it. Okay. I went trick-or-treating in a neighborhood that was not my own.

Well, I didn't trick-or-treat.

The girls went trick-or-treating with another family.

The dads went, and the mom sat and gave out candy and had a cocktail by the fire, which was

fantastic.

But, you know, here, it's cool, cool, but warm enough that everybody's like outside and their driveway's handing

out candy. So we're sitting there in the driveway and this family walks by. She, the mom has a

huge, I'm talking like, could fly from a federal building flag that says F. Joe Biden with the full word written out. Wow. To trick or treat with her

children among everybody else's children. It was not a let's go Brandon. It was a full on and I'm like
