We had a lovely chat with chef George Geary, who was responsible for making every single cheesecake that appeared on the show, along with some other memorable desserts.

How cool of a job is that? Amazing. I'm, so George, he's a chef. He's a best-selling

author. He wrote 16 cookbooks, which is so wildly impressive. He's a culinary teacher. He's

had over 30 years of experience. Like, what an absolute legend. And I want to take a quick moment to thank, uh, listener Lindsay for reaching out with

this suggestion to interview George.

Like we've had, you know, we've had producers. We've had writers. We've had cast members from the show.
