Is drinking raw milk safe like RFK Jr. suggests? Can you reduce a glucose spike if you eat your food in, quote, unquote, the right order? I'm registered dietitian Abby Sharp. I host a nutrition myth-busting podcast called Bite Back with Abby Sharp. And those are just some of the questions I tackle with qualified experts on my show.

There is so much food misinformation and disinformation out there, and it can feel impossible

to know what's real and what's BS.

On Biteback, my goal is to help listeners create a pleasurable relationship with food,

their body, and themselves, which in my opinion is the

Welcome to the mom room. I am so excited to record this episode because honestly, we are still talking about our trip to Antigua. I just drove Milo to camp this morning. And we were talking about it. We were talking about the zip lining, talking about swimming with the stingrays, the hermit crabs. I'm telling you, there was so much. Even the turtles. I think about those massive, okay,

they're called tortoises, but I think about them all the time. They were so big. As you probably

I was a little bit nervous because it was seven days. And when we have been on previous

1:28.6

trips, I couldn't imagine staying longer than four or five days because it just got, it's like

1:34.6

Groundhogs Day every day. We would do the same thing over and over. And being out of routine was

1:41.0

difficult. And I just wanted to get back to my surroundings, my environment and back

1:46.6

into routine. This was a completely different trip for us and it really opened my eyes to a

1:54.0

whole new way to take family trips. You probably saw the carousel post that I did where,

2:02.5

2:07.5

about seven ways or maybe it was five ways to keep your connection with your romantic partner strong.

2:15.8

And one of the things that he was talking about was having

2:18.9

new experiences with that person. And I remember thinking like, that is so true. Even if my husband and I

2:26.1

do something so simple, like go bowling. Or I remember one day we took a date, like a middle of the

2:33.4

day date and we had a babysitter and we went to a
