Good morning, guys. Welcome back to Not Your Typical with Not Your Typical Fitness Lab or Caitlin Nolan.

We're in Arizona right now as I record. I'll explain in a second. I'm sure if you follow me on

Instagram or TikTok or YouTube, you probably already know by now. But there's definitely an elephant

in the room in today's episode. I got engaged over the weekend and I'm going to talk about it

for my not your typical obsession this week, but I did want to talk about the topic of the episode,

which is going to be all the questions that you guys gave me about your fitness routine.

And just your routine in general, I put a question box on my Instagram two days ago and I put

any questions that you guys have about your routine if you

need any help in the gym, any motivation, all that. And I got such good questions. So I thought it'd be

fun to just do a question and answer type of podcast. And honestly, I want to do these once a month

because I was looking through all the questions and I was like, this is such good questions.

Like I feel like we are going to hit a lot of

different areas today so I'm excited but let's get started with the not your typical obsession

dislike and word of the week obviously as I just mentioned we got engaged this past weekend so of course

that was not your typical obsession definitely not your typical because this is the first time I've

ever been engaged in my entire life.

I've been dating Hunter for six and a half years, almost seven years.

Our anniversary is February 5th.

And I'm just going to share the entire engagement story.

And I wanted to have Hunter on the podcast to explain it with me, but he's working today.

So he didn't care if I just
