I want something to be stable and good and right and that I'm able to experience or bring

into being, whether it's pulling weeds out of a flower bed or whether it's fixing a

light or whether it's sitting in a study where you look at a bookshelf and go, man, this

is good.

This brings me joy like it, but you know it's not the larger story.

I know that when I'm in it, but I'm like, but it's the closest I can come to some form

of joy that can't be taken from the nightly news, it can't be taken from whatever financial

he's going on in the world or with the health care and, you know, so to me, it's just trying

to find those little things that never really satisfy long term.

But yeah, and in that five minutes or ten minute series, an endorphin head of minor joy.
