with one of my favorite guests about this, how our body holds on to trauma. What role we play

in our own healing process. And I'm not ready to share the details yet, I'll say that I had a recent health

scare that sent visceral terror through my body. It literally was a benign observation about something

that's likely nothing but could be something. That's what the doctor said. It's probably

nothing, but it could be something. And my body responded before my brain had a chance to even

think about it. And one of my doctors, who's a dear

friend, I was talking with him about it. And he's such a man of God. He said, Suzy, that's a trauma

response. It doesn't mean you're weak. It just means you need more healing. So I'm moving in that

direction. And God is really speaking to me about some things, some of the fears and lies that have yet remain unchallenged within me. You know, we're all a work in progress, aren't we?

I know I'm not alone in this.

So first of all, everyone has trauma.

Some things that didn't happen for you that should have.

That's a form of trauma.
