Hey, sisterhood. It is Kristen and Bethany here and we're so glad you're joining us for this

conversation because breakups are something nobody wants, but so many of us find ourselves

walking through them. We're in it. We've seen it in the past or we're watching a friend go

through it or maybe once come on our way and we just don't know it yet. I remember when I went

through a heart-wrenching breakup. I was actually I think like four days out from getting engaged.

The guy had the ring. He even showed it to you, Bethany. Yeah. We were consulting on rings.

He was like, yeah, looking at rings, shopping for rings and I knew it was coming, but literally

four days before I'm not I'm going to get into this later. But the entire relationship came

crashing down and that was truly up until that point of my life, one of the hardest things

that I had ever walked through. I felt so lost. I felt so confused. I didn't know how to move

forward. I didn't know how to recover. I didn't even know what next steps to take. And if you've

gone through a breakup, you can totally relate to that. So stick with us because we're going to unpack

truths that will bring you so much hope, so much encouragement and really just practical steps of
