So I just got back from Italy.

So it's like that the travel.

So the travel is hard.

Like especially for someone, I mean, people listen to the show will know.

I live a pretty regimented discipline and routine life by design so that I get my sleep and get my recovery

and eating the foods I want to eat that I think will do me good, training a certain way.

And if I get thrown off of that routine, particularly with the sleep one, obviously, it takes a toll.
