Nice drivers, but we are in Doug's lovely home in Black Mountain, North Carolina because I am still

homeless due to a flooded house, which is a lot of fun, let me tell you. It's been almost three

weeks now. So anyway, but I am putting all that aside to focus all my energy into our 100th episode of Nomenathi radio.

The big one oh, big century mark.

So anyway, I think what we're going to do today is something a little bit different.

We're not going to be talking about protein or supplements or running or anything like that.

We're going to be talking a little bit more kind of about the podcast, but we won't make it boring we're talking

about I mean I think people listening to this are likely our listeners for a

while we've picked up a bunch of listeners over the past few months and noticed

just way more conversation and interest on Twitter and email and everywhere

else. So we're just going to kind of talk about where we've been and where we are now and where we're going.

So I think this would be fun, a little different, but should be good.
