I am so glad that you are tuning in today.

And I hope that everyone is having a great

week. And I know for myself that I am so glad that spring is finally here and that the majority

of the cold weather is finally behind us here in the United States. I am so glad for that.

Now if it'll just stop raining here in North Carolina and let the ground dry out a little bit,

that would be very nice. But at any rate, let's go ahead and talk about today's play a little bit.

So with today's episode, I am featuring a play that I originally aired way back early on in the show with podcast episode number 14.

And the interesting thing is that Escape, the radio program that did this play, they actually did it twice.

And way back on episode 14, I did the first version.

Now, later that same year of 1949, they did it again with completely different actors.

And so that is the one that I'm going to be playing today.
