Joined as always my goal is Nick Falado as I try to survive through what I am referring to as the great wide east coast fog.

I don't know what else to refer to this as. It looks so weird outside. Today's a little bit better. I don't see as much of an orange and crazy sun aspect to it, Nick, but these wildfires coming down from the Canada area, it's pretty insane. It's pretty insane just to be, you know, involved, you know, to be living through this. I think I spent like, put us to post it on

Twitter. I spent like 30 minutes outside in the morning yesterday because a big part of my routine

and how I've kind of fixed my sleep issues has been getting early morning sun. But that was not really an

option yesterday or today or the day before because when I did it yesterday, came back and

signed with a big time headache

and just a lightheaded feeling, which is just a weird thing.

You could smell the smoke yesterday and today, or I'm sorry, yesterday and the day before,

not as much today, which is good news, though I've heard.

It's now making its way over Washington, D.C. area.

So for those you listening in the D.C. area, I feel bad for you.

Stay inside.

I would be my suggestion. And look, I'm not a medical expert and I'm not a, you know, environmental expert either. So I'm not telling you like advice on you should stay inside or this is really bad for you. I have no idea. Someone said it's like smoking half a pack of cigarettes or something to be outside right now. But all I can tell you is it didn't feel good to be outside, Nick. so you'll be very happy right now that you're on the West Coast over there in Arizona. Yeah, I feel bad for all you guys out there. That's really unfortunate. But Dan, I was going to call you out in the beginning because the way you said Canada, you really put a Canadian accent on. And I think it's because you've been watching hockey recently. And now you're starting to develop this Canadian accent. I don't know about that, but maybe that is the case here. What did I say? Canada. Yeah, I don't know. You said it some way that would, you know, I feel like a Canadian accent just because I watch a lot of hockey. Dude, I do the same thing, though. Whenever I'm talking about hockey, like I should just start being like, you know, like, just like this French Canadian accent that's so inauthentic and I don't even mean to do it. It just kind of comes out sometimes. It's going to happen sometimes. But yeah, so we, this, you know, this thing that's happening right now over the East Coast with the smoke has actually even made its way to what we're going to talk about today, Giants OTAs. they had another set of OTAs this week. I think it's the final one before the mandatory minicamp, which is where a lot of good stuff goes down. But the last two practices, today's practices, Thursday when we're recording and then Friday's practice tomorrow, have both been canceled by the Giants due to the air quality right now. So just something to keep an eye on as we move forward. Today we had a chance to listen to Giants coordinators speak. All three coordinators spoke. We're going to talk a little bit about that today. We're going to try to do a little bit of a catch-up mode here on all of OTAs from this week, starting with the fifth OTA practice, I believe. That was the seventh. Sorry, the seventh OTA practice of the week, the Red Zone day on June 5th, earlier

this week.
