Tom Hartman here with you. The impeachment hearing is going into day two today

of the official presentation of the case it's really day three of you know the whole

media thing and barring any changes I'm probably not going to be carrying most of it during the show today.

In fact, we may not carry any of it.

We'll see.

Because what they're going to be doing is doing a deep dive into these very technical issues.

Yesterday, the narrative was presented to the jury and

I'm going to go through that in just a minute what you know what was presented yesterday

and Trump's response which has not yet been done on the floor of the Senate but is being

done on Facebook in email in fundraising things and like that we'll get into that

and then today and tomorrow they're doing the kind of deep dive into each one of the

individual pieces of evidence that might prove that Trump committed these crimes

and or the specific crime this attempted bribery and extortion

this attempted shakedown and so I think you know today is the kind of thing

where certainly if I was home and I had nothing else to do, I would be watching it and listening to it, but I'm inclined myself to think that given the nature of what is supposed to be presented today, you know that may change and if it does

will you know something you know really good comes along we will certainly

pop it up and play it live for it

but i'll be fine reading the summaries
