Impeachment day number two.

I want to recap briefly what happened yesterday afternoon last night particularly if you fell asleep

long before it was over which of course was Mitch McConnell's hope but basically

last night was pretty amazing Jerry Nadler got up and said

i'm sad to say i see a lot of senators voting for a cover-up voting to deny

witnesses an absolutely indefensible vote obviously a a treacherous vote. This kind of triggered now this

began this process that led to John Roberts for reacting which I'll share with you

in a moment. A vote that against an honest consideration of the

evidence against the president. A vote against an honest trial, a vote against the

United States. So here's Nadler accusing Republican senators of voting against the United States.

That's a breach of decorum, right?

You know, I wrote an op-ed years ago saying that Dick Cheney was a war criminal.

This was back in like 2005.

And Cynthia McKinney, the Congresswoman from Georgia

read it on the floor of the house,

and when she got to the word war criminal they literally dragged her off the floor

they bang the gavel and said stop shut up you're out here in breach she kept reading

the sergeant-at-arms came out and dragged her off the floor of the House of Representatives.

She came on our program afterwards to talk about the experience.

So you just don't do that, right?

But Jerry Naddler did last night.
