Chilly man, as per usual, I do want to get some stuff out of the way real fast just in the beginning of this very episode

were a bit low. I want to give you a heads up that like we do this kind of on purpose we have some like

background hits that we still have to get rid of that we usually clean up in

post that doesn't make its way into the audio podcast, but as a way to placate you guys, we've tried our best to boost the levels of the

of the live stream, which shouldn't affect our podcast here but if you're

watching online please let us know if this sounds any better and if the

background is is like too much for you it's something I can't clean up in like live streams,
