On this episode of the Ones Ready podcast, the team sits down with the first Combat Rescue Officer, retired Colonel Vincent Savino to talk about the genesis of the Combat Rescue Officer (CRO) career field and the origins of its formation. They obviously recognized a need for it since the Pararescue community had gone so many years without having officers. This was a good history lesson for Peaches and it's more than just two old dudes sitting around talking!
