It's such a it is such a pervasive question. We see it all the time from people looking to join the membership,

because they, especially people who have never done weight training before,

because it feels so scary and so daunting because they see what is in the past been like traditional weightlifting or maybe bodybuilders or power lifters and they see a certain physique and they say, you know, that's not what I'm looking for like I want to look lean or I want to look whatever it is, especially women.
