And today's episode is going to be all about opting out of toxic hustle culture and opting into utilizing ease, a lifestyle ease, as a way to manifest

Everywhere we turn, there's some kind of messaging on social media or some real we see on

Instagram of people grinding and pushing themselves to get goals accomplished.

Words like boss babe have become positive and worn as like a brand of honor.

That movement is even a part of our culture as black women.

And it is this movement of pushing ourselves to rise and grind, get up extra early to get more done, do more and more and more.

And I want to talk to you today about just how unhealthy the messaging of that is and yet offer you a way to get the goals of hustle culture, which is ultimately what we all want,

to live a full, rich, and wealthy life. But how you do that isn't by pushing and pushing

or by hustling and grinding, all those harsh, heavy words. It's actually the opposite.

It's embracing a life of ease and abundance versus toxic hustling.

So we're going to talk about ways to know whether or not you're in hustle culture or not.
