| 0:27.8 | our physical health and our physical bodies. I've been excited about doing content like this |
| 0:34.4 | for a while now. And it's become increasingly important that we talk |
| 0:39.6 | about physical health amongst black women in our community as we see the consequences of |
| 0:46.1 | not being equipped to speak up and speak out and not giving ourselves enough credit to know when we are not feeling well or things are not going |
| 0:57.5 | right or even understanding what is normal versus not normal. |
| 1:02.8 | And so this month is really my attempt to tackle this head on and have discussions about |
| 1:10.4 | our physical health, normalize what's not normal, |
| 1:14.4 | erase the stigma around suffering and silence as a norm for our community when it comes to |
| 1:20.9 | our bodies. It just has to stop. And the only way it can stop is if we are educated and empowered to know what we deserve |
| 1:32.4 | and to go after it. And so this month is just chock full of the most amazing guests. I am so excited |
