| 0:28.7 | And I told you that for me, I thought the enemies were being small, playing small, |

| 0:36.2 | And then I thought the other thing is holding on to |
| 0:38.2 | what doesn't serve you is an enemy of living an expansive life. I talked a little bit about |
| 0:43.3 | how generosity has really been key for me, being able to live the life of my dreams and to feel |
| 0:52.2 | really positive about the life that I'm living. |
| 0:55.5 | Generosity has been, honestly, the foundational quality that has saved me in that regard. |
| 1:02.6 | And today I want to talk about how to opt out of playing it's so small, opt out of shrinking, |
| 1:08.5 | to talk about how to avoid this kind of a life in two different ways. |
| 1:13.2 | One, by hiding who you are and two, by keeping your world really small. |
| 1:19.4 | So one of the ways I want to start by talking about this is to acknowledge that there are a lot of |

| 1:29.6 | that most people in my experience who behave in the way that they behave, |
| 1:33.9 | even when those behaviors are personally hurtful to me, |
| 1:38.1 | I can understand the systems that are set up in place that create a dynamic |
| 1:42.9 | where somebody begins to feel just insignificant |
| 1:46.5 | and feel that the world is anything but filled with possibilities. And when we live in a way |
| 1:52.8 | and we see the world that way, it definitely has an impact on how we show up, how we treat other people. So much of what I think conflict is |
