When we exist in state of mediocracy, we tend to lack confidence in ourselves, we don’t invest in ourselves, and we often hate our jobs. I've been there. We tend to do things like have a lack of confidence on ourselves. We don't

invest in ourselves. We accept the way life is and don't really do much to change it.

We hate our jobs and don't really do much to change it. We hate our jobs and don't actually

know how to make it better. We have a lot of excuses for why we're not living a rich,

beautiful, full life. And so today is all about how to opt out of that and opt into richness.

Richness in spirit, richness in mind, richness in even your bank account, that there are ways to press forward and honor ourselves and live a more full life. And we're going to talk about

really five of them. And then we're going to close out with a quick practice that you can

engage in to up level your life to a one that leaves behind mediocrity and instead embraces excellence.

The first way to opt out of mediocrity really is in doing things that bring you joy.

This is something that we don't do enough of, frankly, that we traffic in the belief and the lie that we're meant to struggle and that joy

is something that's fleeting and it comes once a year, maybe around the holidays, nope,

scratch that for many people.

But it's something that's elusive and never really something we can hold on to.
