| 1:05.8 | point. Since I was a little kid, I was a person who just felt like I owed people, my time, my |
| 1:13.8 | energy, my caring, and it didn't matter who they were, friends, family, potential partners. |
| 1:20.6 | I mean, as a kid, partners, boys in my case, that just didn't deserve it, honestly. And it was the relationship, and it was my growth over the |
| 1:33.1 | years that made me better at determining what was quote unquote a lost cause and getting out of it |
| 1:39.3 | as soon as possible and just saying, okay, we tried that. It didn't work. Off we go. And so I want to talk about |
| 1:45.8 | areas of our life where we can start to detect what lost causes may be hiding out and how |
| 1:51.8 | to get them out of your life or get them away from you. And I want to be clear, lost causes |
| 1:58.3 | is not meant to be judgmental, although it may sound like it is. |

| 2:11.4 | All people are worthy of love, but it doesn't have to be your love. |
