it's here. And we need to talk about how to let go of the stereotype

of being a strong black woman. Today, we're going to focus in on why we need to let go of that

stereotype. What letting go and opting out of being a strong black woman means and what it creates,

what spaces it opens up within us and within the culture.

And we're going to talk a little bit about the historical and cultural context of this stereotype,

where it came from, what it's linked to.

out of being a strong black woman, how do we do that in our personal lives? Whether it be

romantic partnership, platonic partnership, or familial relationships, how do we opt out of this narrative and the stereotype?

And how can we stop ourselves from falling into some common traps that may subtly be impacting
