As black women, we often face a lot of societal pressures and all this outside

expectations that can often cloud our judgment and make it difficult to listen to our inner

voice. Adding on to that, there are sometimes where we are believing cultural and historical lies

about who we are as women and who we are as black folks that have us denying our inner voices.

But the key to opting into this life of joy and abundance and community is all about

tune into your intuition and how to rely on it in various areas of your life. Let's first talk about what is intuition. What does it

mean to listen to your gut and to tune into your inner voice? When we have an intuition or we

listen to our gut, it gives us this ability to understand something immediately without the need

for like complete thinking or conscious reasoning, right? It's the inner voice or feeling that

guides us in making decisions and it's often based on gut instincts or past experiences.

Perhaps we use intuition and we listen to our gut when we're thinking about our personal
