We are back with Lauren. This conversation is so dope. It's so good. And I want to switch now to talking to you. We just talked about struggle and your mission, which I do, I keep saying, it is revolutionary to decouple struggle and motherhood, sacrifice in motherhood, and how you have built a community.

You said you could not have done that. You could not find the joy in motherhood without community,

without your own priorities and your own needs, without digging for the joy. And so I want to know,

like, where did that come from for you to start on the

journey to finding that? How did you start to build those pieces that make motherhood

happy and joyful? Oh, I love that question. So, so for a long time, I prior to being a full-time

creator and, like, building this community online, I always worked in worked in like field where I would be helping underserved communities.

I worked at a nonprofit for a really long time where I would lead the learning and development

of the recruiters that were getting folks into places that were just underserved, right?

And so the mission, every job I've had, every career I've had up into this point, has always been mission driven and community-based.

When I became a mother, that became my number one thing I was looking up, like Googling, like, why?

I don't understand that there's no degree.

Like, I can't study and get like my accolades.

So I've really looked to the internet, which I do think is a blessing and a curse.
