| 0:41.7 | life that will save you. But it's been so misappropriated and so misused and it has become a buzzword |

| 0:57.5 | Self-care has become disconnection. |
| 0:59.7 | Self-care has become narcissism and not taking care of self. |
| 1:05.0 | And so we want to make sure that our rituals for self-care honor the true meaning of self-care and the true goals of self-care, |
| 1:13.9 | which is to do two things. One, to take care of yourself, to nourish and love yourself, |
