And so to kind of bring some context again about the podcast as we

your identity from struggle and how you have this epiphany after a tragedy with your family.

And it pivoted you to kind of nourish your life in a different way and to show up and play.

And so that goes along with the theme of the podcast, which is really tied to what we leave behind,

And so if we are opting out of a thing, we've got to opt into something else and quickly.

Otherwise, we might bring in worse than we had. Struggle might be like the best thing we could

have had by time it's all said and done. And so for me, a lot of what I conceptualized for

what is the legacy of the black woman. If we get away from the

lives and the historical myths, what is the legacy? And I really do believe it's one of joy.

Primarily joy. And out of that comes community and comes abundance and beauty, but one of joy.

And so I ask everyone how they infuse joy in their lives. And so I want you to take us on this

journey to writing your book nourish and what you do now with creating these inclusive spaces.
