that you actually like. This is a conversation that I had with another friend. And later in the

episodes before. It's Dr. Jeanette Davis. She's a dear friend of mine. And this came from a conversation we were actually

having between ourselves where we made this decision. We had, she had this kind of epiphany that

what would life be like if people actually just enjoyed their lives? And then we took us on

this whole conversation where we talked about, actually, that would probably solve

90% of the world's problems. If everybody liked the life that they were living, think about

how we would treat each other, think about how we would move in spaces, think about world conflict.

It just wouldn't be there. And as we start a new month, I want to talk about

how to create a life that you like because I think it's important. This month is all about

joy and summer joy and how to laugh more and just really like your life.

And part of that is we talk a lot about love.

We talk a lot about love, but we don't talk a lot about like.

And sometimes it's because we often go through the world loving a lot of things but not liking.
