And today I want to talk about how to create more intimacy in your life.

0:18.3

Unfortunately, we live in a world of complete disconnection. So many people talk about

0:26.4

being surrounded by people and feeling alone, being in romantic partnerships, and still feeling

0:33.4

lonely. And I think for black women particularly, intimacy is a word that is awkward and

0:41.9

unfamiliar sometimes to us because historically it has not been a priority or a conversation.

1:58.8

why you need it, and what can be like the barriers to

2:03.3

having more of that in your life? First, there are many types of intimacy, which is interesting.

2:11.2

They really create four. There's like four different types. The four different types are

2:17.3

emotional, physical, mental, spiritual

2:21.1

2:30.2
