0:22.9

tips and tools. So let's check it out. All right, Coya, we're back. I'm excited to keep having

0:36.6

this conversation with you. And so two second recap, we talked about how you pivoted your life. You knew some things about yourself. And you said, I am not made for the struggle life. So I am going to create the life that I want. We went into detail about how you did that. And so now here you are having this life that you want.

0:55.6

But as we know, career can be up and down. What we do in our professional life can vary. And so how do you center joy and keep joy in the middle of all that you do for a living?

1:10.1

I love that question because for me, it always goes back to my schedule.

1:56.5

within, go within, practice mindfulness and connect with my spiritual self. So in the morning,

2:01.9

I spend anywhere from two to four hours just reading, meditation, journaling, yoga, hiking,

2:10.1

swimming, like whatever I want to do that's connecting with myself, nature. Sometimes I invite

2:16.1

friends, close friends during this time.

2:18.1

But it's really about just like having fun and experiencing joy in my morning. And that really

2:24.0

makes my workday really juicy. Like I'm revved up when I start work at 11 o'clock. I'm ready to go.

2:29.4

I'm happy. I'm excited. And I get the most productive work. And then I work back to back until five o'clock
