| 1:14.3 | It's a mindset. And we're going to focus on abundance mindset today and how to put more of that into our lives by talking about four |

| 1:34.2 | I talk a lot about abundance being inheritance of black women because it is so opposite of what we are taught about black history, |
| 1:43.5 | what we are taught about black history, what we are taught about black culture at times, and the |
| 1:49.0 | myths around our history and our lives. I bring most things back to slavery because it has such a global |
| 2:00.5 | impact on all of us. And when I talk about |
| 2:06.3 | slavery, I talk about it as this unspeakable trauma that has happened to a culture and a community |
| 2:12.9 | of folks that we are still unraveling and healing from. |
| 2:24.7 | And in that trauma are these lies that we have been taught about ourselves and about our culture. |
