80s and 90s, the format took hold in radio called talk radio. Didn't start in the 80s and 90s,

started in the 20s and 30s, but sort of exploded in the 80s and 90s. Anybody old enough to remember

when talk radio started taking over our lives, names like Rush Limbaugh became household words.

maybe Don I miss in the morning. If you lived in Atlanta, Georgia and you're my age, you spend a

lot of time in the car with Neil Boards. If you don't know that name, just being ju

younger, but if you know that name, it means that you are riding back and forth to and you're

45 minute hour commute in Atlanta around the time that I was driving downtown to Georgia,

stayed or back and forth to church downtown from Smirna and maybe didn't listen to Neil Boards,

but maybe you logged in sometime with Clark Howard or anybody, or anybody,

Hermann Tain, anybody. When you add it all up, see a lot of the younger people are like, I don't

have any idea what you're talking about right now. I have Spotify and that's what I know and I

don't know anything besides that. But there was a time when when you were in your car more than

likely you had on a format, which is still called to this day, talk radio. We're all news and

all talk. That means you can turn us on at any hour of the day or night and somebody's talking

and they are telling you what they think about whatever they go in subject is. They're going to

have a guest on after the break. We're going to have a panel on after the next break and then we're
