0:04.2	coaching series. Checking in while we're deep deep into the Corona, these are recorded on May 6th.

0:17.0	I know I keep saying this on everything I'm recording lately,
0:20.0	it seems, this is not, look for the long run or the gang show. Those are the two typical things. This is just an extra thing we're doing because we all signed up for Leadville and we're all going to get coached for Leadville and we didn't realize that the coronavirus was going to hit so you're going to hear Adam and his coach Ellie Greenwood
0:36.6	Then me and my coach Liza Howard and then Holly and her coach Joe Presides and I think it's going be interesting. I think like this one will be good because now you're going to see that differing
0:46.1	approaches and perspectives of people that are training for a race that they're not sure whether it's going to happen or not and they have different levels of belief as to whether it's going to happen or not.

1:53.0	Yeah, perfect. Good. How are you?
