And Carrie and I have gone back.

How many years, Carrie?

Ten years.

Yeah, at least a decade.

And Carrie, I will introduce simply as one of the truly fascinating people I have met

not that she's the only but she is one of the fascinating people and as we come into

the seasonal gratitude and I mean the sense of thankfulness I need. I need grounding as I come until the holiday season.

I know I'm meant to be grateful and I am grateful. But I need grounding to be able to say in this storm-tossed world that there are at least a few people whose lives baffle me.

And in that bafflement, I'm called to go, oh, there's more.

There's so much more.
