I thought to reflect today on this aspect of allowing experience and that exploration of no part left out and how that's even possible.

Mindfulness can meet any experience and yet it so often seems not possible. We resist things

things we feel like certain things we can't be mindful of.

Certain things are very powerful and strong, certain, um,

certain, um... certain habits or patterns of mind can be so potent that they sweep us away.

And yet it's not that it's not possible to be mindful of those things.

It's that we haven't developed the capacity yet.

It's a or it may be a particular conditions happening in the moment, that sometimes it's harder

to be mindful of something in a moment than at other moments.

So there's a lot of things, a lot of things going on there.

There's a lot of ways to explore, to expand the capacity for our mind to meet things.

And today I'd like to look at one of those in particular,

and that is checking the attitude,

looking at the relationship to experience.
