Special Counsel Jack Smith has declined to comment. According to a report from Charlie Savage of The New York Times, Trump could face obstruction and fraud charges. Country Music Television has stopped airing Jason Aldean’s music video, “Try That in a Small Town”, where the singer speaks out against rioting and violence against law enforcement officers.
